Sellest lähtuvalt soovitab Finantsinspektsioon vältida Sun Worldwide Group Ltd -ga lepingute või kokkulepete sõlmimist ning hoiatab Sun Worldwide Group Ltd -le ülekannete tegemise eest.

Finantsinspektsioon (The Estonian Financial Supervisory Authority) warns against investment offers promoted by Sun Worldwide Group Ltd.
Finantsinspektsioon has been informed that Sun Worldwide Group Ltd offer investment services without having the necessary authorisation.
Sun Worldwide Group Ltd has its registered office, according to its own website www.sunworldwide.com at the following address:

Finantsinspektsioon wishes to draw attention to the fact that Sun Worldwide Group Ltd is not an investment firm licensed in Estonia, it does not have registered branches in Estonia nor has been registered in Finantsinspektsioon as a provider of cross-border investment services. The company is consequently not subject to Finantsinspektsioon's supervisory oversight.
Finantsinspektsioon therefore recommends investors not to enter into agreements with or transfer assets to Sun Worldwide Group Ltd.
