29.08.2009 Hoiatusteade Meridian Capital Enterprises Ltd. tegevuse kohta (Austria)FMA (Austrian Financial Market Authority) warns against the conclusion of banking transactions requiring a licence with the following provider: Meridian Capital Enterprises Ltd. This provider does not possess a licence issued by the FMA to carry out certain banking transactions in Austria pursuant to Article 1 para. 1 no. 3 BWG (credit business) and to Article 1 para. 1 no. 18 lit b BWG (brokering of transaction). Therefore, the provider is neither allowed to conclude loan agreements nor to grant loans (credit business) nor to broker transactions on a commercial basis. Hoiatusteated
