Venture Alliance Partners (Venpar)

The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (CBFA) warns the public against the activities of Venture Alliance Partners (Venpar) (www.venpar.com), which is contacting Belgian investors with a view to offering investment services.

Venpar claims to be a company with a registered office at:

                        Na Strzi 65/1702, 140 00 Prague 4, Czech Republic;

                        Building 3, Ground Floor, Green Community, Dubai Investment Park, P.O. Box - 212880, Dubai - UAE;

                        Akara Bldg 24 de castro Street, Road Town, Tortola, Whickhams Cay, British Virgin Islands.


It does not have the authorization in Belgium necessary to offer investment services in or from Belgium.
The CBFA thus advises the public against responding to any offers of investment services made in the name of Venture Alliance Partners (Venpar) and against transferring money to any account number they might mention.
