01.02.2011 Hoiatusteade Hellas Financial Services tegevuse kohta (Kreeka)PUBLIC WARNING The Hellenic Capital Market Commission informs investors for the following: "HELLAS FINANCIAL SERVICES" and Mr. Peter Tsironis (father's name Vlassios) are not authorised to provide investment services in Greece as well as keeping investors' money, under the provisions of art. 5 of Law 3606/2007. It is noted that according to article 8 of Law 3606/2007, the provision of investment services without prior authorisation from the competent authorities is not permitted and constitutes a criminal offence, which is subject to criminal and administrative sanctions.
