Warning against Marcus & Company Inc.

Finansinspeklionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority) has today published this statement in order to warn investors against dealing with unauthorised firms. Marcus & Company Inc. is not authorised by Finansinspeklionen and is therefore not entitled to provide financial services.

Finansinspektionen has not received any notification of cross-border activities from other EES countries.

Marcus & Company Inc. has a website (www.marcusandcomp.com) using the following address: 47th Floor 174 Pearl St., New York, NY 10005, United States.

Marcus & Company Inc.'s representatives contact investors through unsolicited telephone calls and offer to buy their holdings of shares in an OTC company. However, the investor must first pay a fee in advance, "Removal Fee (Per Share)". This is an advance fee fraud scheme.
