Bryce and Sons, Ltd offers the investors to sell shares in American OTC companies in a "Capital Recovery Program".

The investor is offered a very high price for the shares. But, the investor has to pay a Restriction Registration Fee in advance.
It is a matter of Advance Fee Fraud scheme.
