Kredittilsynet (The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) warns against investment offers marketed by Ormond Commodities

Kredittilsynet has received information that representatives of Ormond Commodities have approached investors in Norway offering
to provide investment services. The company has a claims to have a business address in Germany (Guiollettstr. 23, 60325 Frankfurt,
Germany) and in Hong Kong (83 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong SAR).

Ormond Commodities does not have authorization from Kredittilsynet in accordance with the Securities Trading Act to promote or
offer investment services in Norway.
