CBFA issues warning about Robinson Asset Management.

The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (CBFA) warns the public against the activities of
Robinson Asset Management (www.robinsonam.com), who is contacting Belgian investors with a view to
offering investment services.

Robinson Asset Management claims to be a firm with its corporate office inMalaysia, 50450 Kuala Lumpur,
165 Jalan Ampang, Level 35. It does not have the authorization required to offer investment services in Belgium.

The CBFA advises the Belgian public against responding to any offers of investment services made in the name of
Robinson Asset Management and against transferring money to any account number they might mention.
