Finantsinspektsioon has withdrawn the authorisation from Osaühing LAENUKESKUS

On 13 February Finantsinspektsioon withdrew the operating authorisation as a creditor and mortgage creditor issued on 18 August 2016 from Osaühing LAENUKESKUS. The authorisation was withdrawn following an application from the company itself.

The number of warnings on the Finantsinspektsioon website has risen

Finantsinspektsioon published 1610 warnings on its website last year about companies operating without a licence in Estonia and elsewhere in the European Union, mostly providers of investment services. There were about 500 more such warnings last year than in the previous year. Eight of those warnings were written and published at the initiative of Finantsinspektsioon.
