The Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (Consob) has ordered the following companies to cease the infringement of article 18 of the Italian Legislative Decree N. 58/1998, consisting of the provision of unauthorised investment services to the Italian public:
AlphaTec Ltd, through the website www.kayafx.com;
WebNet Ltd e 4Com Network Srl, through the website www.2dots.com;
Silver Wolf Limited, through the website www.bronzemarkets.com.
The Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (Consob) has also prohibited the offer to the Italian public of shares promoted by the company Solar Group Limited, including through the website https://solargroup.pro.
