New management company 4Times Capital receives activity licence
The Financial Supervision Authority has given a management company activity licence to 4Times Capital AS with a clause barring it from managing UCITSs. UCITS (undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities) in the sense of the Investment Funds Act are funds established in one European Union member state whose units or shares may be offered in all other member states.
The management board of 4Times Capital AS is made up of Lauri Luiker and Reet Roos and the supervisory board consists of Heiki Koitla, Egils Mazurs and Pille Pettai. The shareholders of 4Times Capital AS are Heiki Koitla, Pille Pettai and Reet Roos.
To manage investment funds, an activity licence granted by the Financial Supervision Authority is necessary. The list of fund management companies operating on the basis of an activity licence can be found at www.fi.ee/turuosaliste nimekirjad/fondivalitsejad.
Before offering fund units, the fund manager has the obligation to register the fund conditions with the Financial Supervision Authority.
