New fund management company Birdeye Capital receives activity licence
The Financial Supervision Authority has given AS Birdeye Capital a licence to operate as a management company, entitling the company to manage investment funds, including real estate funds. The activity licence was issued with a clause stating that Birdeye has no right to manage Euro funds in the sense of the Investment Funds Act.
The shareholders in the management company are Indrek Minka and Sander Pullerits, who are also the members of the management board of AS Birdeye Capital. The members of the new management company’s supervisory board are Andres Koern, Ants Kaljund and Tõnu Pullerits.
To manage investment funds, an activity licence granted by the Financial Supervision Authority is necessary. The list of fund management companies operating on the basis of activity licence can be found here.
