EfTEN Capital receives activity licence for managing alternative funds
The Financial Supervision Authority has issued alternative fund management company activity licence to EfTEN Capital AS, on the basis of which the company can manage alternative investment funds as defined in the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive.
Alternative funds are generally funds aimed at professional investors – for instance venture capital funds, private equity funds, commodities funds and real estate funds. Pursuant to restrictions established on the activity of alternative fund managers, the FSA also granted the application of EfTEN Capital AS to invalidate the additional activity licence that gave the company the right to provide investment consultation services.
