Supervisory Disclosure

The purpose of the supervisory disclosure framework is to enhance the transparency of supervisory practices and to provide a comprehensive overview of regulatory rules adopted, especially with regard to the implementation of Basel II.

The requirement of supervisory disclosure is stipulated in Article 144 of Directive 2006/48/EC with the aim to foster sound governance and promote convergence of supervisory practices across Europe. 

Supervisory disclosure framework is divided into four sections:

• Rules and Guidance
• Options and National Discretions
• Supervisory Review
• Statistical Data
