Guidelines for loan requirements have been harmonised in Europe

Harmonised principles for issuing and monitoring loans started to apply for banks in the European Union at the end of June, having been set out jointly by financial supervisors in the guidelines of the European Banking Authority (EBA). Crowdestate AS was granted an operating authorisation as a payment institution

Finantsinspektsioon issued authorisation on 21 June to Crowdestate AS to operate as a payment institution. The authorisation as a payment institution permits Crowdestate AS to provide the payment institution and e-money institution service of execution of payment transactions, including transfers of funds to payment accounts opened with a payment service provider.
