Finantsinspektsioon has withdrawn the licence as a credit intermediary from Sortter OÜ

On 11 July Finantsinspektsioon withdrew the licence as a credit intermediary issued on 11 October 2024 to Sortter OÜ. The licence was withdrawn following an application from the company itself.

Sortter OÜ confirmed to Finantsinspektsioon that as the business had never commenced operations, it had never signed a single consumer credit contract.

There are currently seven credit intermediaries operating in Estonia with a licence issued by Finantsinspektsioon. The list of credit intermediaries can be found in the register of market participants on the Finantsinspektsioon website.
