On 13 April Finantsinspektsioon withdrew the licence as a provider of crowdfunding services issued on 6 March 2023 to Crowdestate AS. The licence was withdrawn following an application from the company itself. The company’s licence as a payment institution will remain valid.
After the withdrawal of the licence, Crowdestate AS may no longer provide crowdfunding services. It must ensure that its current contracts are executed correctly and that the interests of its clients are protected in accordance with the legal requirements. The list of crowdfunders licensed by Finantsinspektsioon can be found on the Finantsinspektsioon website.
