Finantsinspektsioon has withdrawn the licence as an investment firm from Admiral Markets AS

06/05/2026

On 27 April Finantsinspektsioon withdrew the licence as an investment firm issued on 5 June 2009 to Admiral Markets AS. The licence was withdrawn following an application from the company itself.

The withdrawal of the licence means that Admiral Markets AS will cease providing investment services under a licence from Finantsinspektsioon. The firm has confirmed to Finantsinspektsioon that it has terminated its client relationships with all of its clients.

Clients who have not yet received their assets will be able to have them repaid by contacting the related investment firm Admirals Europe Ltd, which operates in Cyprus.
Investment services will continue to be provided in Europe under the Admiral Markets brand through Admirals Europe Ltd, which is established in Cyprus and operates under the supervision of the Cypriot financial supervisor. This means it can continue serving clients in Estonia through cross-border provision of services.

The list of investment firms licensed by Finantsinspektsioon can be found on the Finantsinspektsioon website.
