Finantsinspektsioon issued a precept on 30 June to Herrmann, Huebner & Partner Insurance Broker OÜ because it did not release its annual financial report for 2024 on time.
The financial year for Herrmann, Huebner & Partner Insurance Broker OÜ starts on 1 January and ends on 31 December. Under the Insurance Activities Act, the insurance broker should have published its annual financial report for 2024 within two weeks of it being approved by the general meeting, and at the latest by 1 May of the year after the reporting year. This had not yet been done at the moment the precept was issued.
Decisions may be appealed at the Tallinn Administrative Court within 30 days of notification of the administrative decision.
