Finantsinspektsioon issued an additional licence to Tuleva Fondid AS on 2 September for managing euro funds.
The company already had the right to manage mandatory and voluntary pension funds. The members of the management board of Tuleva Fondid AS are Tõnu Pekk, Sten Andreas Ehrlich, Erko Risthein and Maria Suurna.
All licensed fund managers are listed on the Finantsinspektsioon website in the list of Supervised Entities

The European Central Bank has given permission for SEB to merge its Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian subsidiaries into a single legal entity to be named SEB Bank AS. Operations in Latvia and Lithuania will be continued by branches of the bank.

On 13 April Finantsinspektsioon withdrew the licence as a provider of crowdfunding services issued on 6 March 2023 to Crowdestate AS. The licence was withdrawn following an application from the company itself. The company’s licence as a payment institution will remain valid.

On 27 April Finantsinspektsioon withdrew the licence as an investment firm issued on 5 June 2009 to Admiral Markets AS. The licence was withdrawn following an application from the company itself.
