The European supervisory authorities are this year carrying out an exercise to create an information register of contracts for information and communication technology (ICT) services, and all the companies in the financial sector that come under the scope of DORA are expected to participate in it.

Finantsinspektsioon issued a precept to Funderbeam Markets AS (registry code 12917885) on 6 May requiring the investment firm to remedy deficiencies identified during an on-site inspection. One deficiency found by Finantsinspektsioon was that the investment firm has not always ensured the separation and independence of its lines of defence at the level of the management board and of units.

The Supervisory Board approved the annual report of Finantsinspektsioon

The Supervisory Board of Finantsinspektsioon approved the annual report of the financial supervisor for 2023 at its regular meeting on 22 March, and approved the proposal for use of the budget surplus. It also heard a review by the management board of the execution of the Finantsinspektsioon strategy.
