Finantsinspektsioon fined Hannes Niidi (ID code 38909300304), member of the board at Punktid Technologies AS (register code 16158335), 800 euros for a misdemeanour as he twice traded in the shares of Punktid Technologies AS while he was under a 30-day ban on doing so between 31.08.2023 and 29.09.2023.

Finantsinspektsioon issued precepts on 16 September to Autokiirpant OÜ, Berger Financial Group OÜ, Invest in OÜ, Kinnistulaen OÜ and Mercury Credit OÜ, requiring them to submit their audited annual financial reports for 2023 to Finantsinspektsioon.

Finantsinspektsioon has withdrawn the licence as a creditor from Tele2 Eesti AS

On 2 September Finantsinspektsioon withdrew the licence as a creditor issued on 11 April 2016 to Tele2 Eesti AS. The licence was withdrawn following an application from the company itself.

Tele2 Eesti Aktsiaselts confirmed to Finantsinspektsioon that it did not have any current consumer credit contracts at the time when the licence was withdrawn.
