The Tallinn Administrative Court granted Ühisarveldused AS temporary preliminary legal protection

The Tallinn Administrative Court today issued a preliminary injunction approving the application by Ühisarveldused AS (register code 14192799) for temporary legal protection that suspended until 22 September the decision taken by Finantsinspektsioon on 18 August to withdraw the licence from Ühisarveldused AS.

Finantsinspektsioon issued authorisation to operate as a fund manager to AS Plural Estonia

On 11 August, Finantsinspektsioon issued an authorisation to AS Plural Estonia as a fund manager, giving it the right to manage alternative funds. 

Finantsinspektsioon has withdrawn the operating licence as a creditor and mortgage creditor from Kemotex Finance OÜ

On 11 August, Finantsinspektsioon withdrew from Kemotex Finance OÜ the operating licence as a creditor and mortgage creditor, which was issued on 3 April 2017. The licence was withdrawn following an application from the company itself.

Tuleva Fondid AS has received an additional licence

Finantsinspektsioon issued an additional licence to Tuleva Fondid AS on 2 September for managing euro funds.

The company already had the right to manage mandatory and voluntary pension funds. The members of the management board of Tuleva Fondid AS are Tõnu Pekk, Sten Andreas Ehrlich, Erko Risthein and Maria Suurna.
