Finantsinspektsioon issued an additional authorisation to operate as an investment firm to AS Redgate Capital on 17 January. The second authorisation issued to the company gives it the right to provide additionally various investment services and ancillary services to investment services.

Finantsinspektsioon issued an authorisation on Monday 13 December to TKM Finants AS to operate as a creditor. The authorisation gives the company the right to provide unsecured loans to consumers under a credit contract.

Finantsinspektsioon is again warning the public about the activities of the unlicensed investment service provider VestaFuture OÜ. Finantsinspektsioon has so far this year published six investor alerts about VestaFuture OÜ. After each alert, VestaFuture OÜ has started to offer unlicensed services through new channels.
